PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project was an initial phase of an overall security enhancement project.  Phase I included:  a seat wall on the perimeter of the capitol grounds along Greenbrier Street and Kanawha Boulevard, over 1100 linear feet of ornamental fencing, 600 linear feet of new sidewalk, various streetscape items, and approximately 18,500 square feet of concrete paving.
